Main ingredients for the dish are onions, chopped chicken, celery, bay leaf, mushroom, salt, olive oil, chicken broth, carrots and pepper.
Preparation method-
Add barley to hot and boiling water and let it cool down with cover on it. One can use this preparation several times to prepare any dish that requires cooked barley.
- Prepare barley soup and add ingredients like thyme, pepper, broth and celery. Heat for two three minutes.
- Add oil to the soup together with carrots and mushroom and heat for 20 minutes with cover.
- Mix mushroom and chicken to the soup
- Remove thyme stem and bay leaf. Now heat the dish for two three minutes.
